Automated Workflows is the most powerful new feature of the Opportunity Pipeline. In essence, you create a trigger for each workflow and as your client moves to that stage of the workflow, the trigger sets the workflow into motion.
Workflows can be automated based on triggers to send emails to clients and or actions to be completed within a task checklist. You can create as many different actions as you like for each stage.
Use our default 13 stages Pipeline as shown below, or create your own specific Pipeline - the choice is yours. You can create as many pipelines as you like, it all comes down to how you like to work and what processes you would like to implement.

Brokers and Infynity Users already utilising our existing Pipeline will be familiar with our 'card' layout, Finsure has taken it to the next level by redesigning the layout and adding even more information such as Opportunity Due By Date and Next Task Due by Date. We have also introduced new colours to signal urgency and highlight important items. Lender logos have been added as well.
The Flyout Menu has been updated with brand new checklists that contain 'tasks'
Users can also add File Notes on the go without leaving the Opportunities Pipeline, as you receive feedback from the customer or when you need to make note of important information.
